Impact Centre Erasmus, Rotterdam School of Management, TOSCA, and Change Inc.  investigated the current state of the sustainable transition in the Netherlands and how organizations rate themselves. The findings confirm the need for organizations to become Future-Fit: to make sustainability a strategic priority, collaborate within ecosystems, and invest in internal change agents. 

Among other things, the research led to the following insights:

• 83% have sustainability goals, but 56% measure impact rarely or not at all
• 19% of leaders are actually held accountable for sustainability goals
• the transition receives a 5.5 for the Netherlands but a 6.6 for their own organization
