The challenge

Truly Future-Fit companies understand and mitigate their risks, seize opportunities and enhance positive impacts, by strategically working on topics such as:

Our approach

Our Future-Fit Accelerator is a unique twelve-month program that provides you with the insights, knowledge, tools and hands-on support to define your sustainable transition ambitions and implement them in your business. You will learn from likeminded organizations and are supported by experts. It will enable you to move beyond ‘ticking boxes’ exercising by identifying the opportunities that this time also offers. The program is facilitated by TOSCA and prof. R. van Tulder from RSM/ECET and endorsed by UN Global Compact Network Netherlands.

Who is this program for

This program is especially designed for (large) medium-sized or corporate organizations that want to be a force for good by linking sustainability and competitiveness. If you're looking for a combination of scientific knowledge and hands-on guidance, willing to share insights and learn from others, this program is for you! We will support you to create an in-company accelerator team of change agents that will implement the next steps in your sustainability journey. This team consists of five senior people from your organization, ideally with different roles, functions and ages. Functions that have been proven vital for driving change include CSR, HRM, supply chain, Communication, Finance, business operations or strategy. The members of the accelerator team should be able to invest 2-4 hours a week in this program and are keen on learning while doing.

  • Creating a sophisticated understanding of your current position: through the Better Business Scan
  • Strategize the CSRD by articulating clear business cases and ambition as well as a roadmap to get you there: a transformation plan
  • Creating and implementing new sustainable business models.
  • Manage your organization’s position in the energy transition
  • Guidance from senior professionals throughout the program
  • Capability building: a selected group of 5 employees from relevant parts of your organization will be trained to become effective change agents
  • Access to best practices through share & learn sessions with other companies;
  • Access to state-of-the-art scientific knowledge on implementing SDG targets and defining and implementing relevant CSRD intervention
